Textworthy is a simple serif typeface with a human character. It is based on writing with a classic pen. We know serif forms as the trustworthy type style. We've been reading similar shapes since the 15th century, when letterpress began, and antique serif type developed after blackletter type. Textworthy was created because we still believe in serif type, which has earned readers’ trust for over 500 years, and because it still offers the most comfortable, natural way to read text today. 

Textworthy's upright shapes are inspired by the best-known serif typeface, Times. The italic styles, on the other hand, draw on more traditional typefaces like – Caslon and Garamond. This combination allows for contemporary-looking text that is complemented by visually interesting Italics.
